What We Do & How We Do It
Hourly rates? Nope. Service call? $100 Inspection*. Parts cost? Nope.
Efficiency is key! We put our time where it matters; DOING THE JOB. The process is simple, and straight to the point!
Step 1.) Contact us. (Quickest Response: We prefer email but calls, texts & social media is also available.)
Step 2.) We schedule one of our technicians to perform the initial inspection on your appliance(s).
Step 3.) Once the appliance is diagnosed, one of four solutions will be provided listed below.
a.) The technician will provide a cost for the repair as part(s) needed for the repair are in the vehicle inventory. Price will be determined by the complexity of the job and will be provided broadly but fair.
b.) The technician will report back to the office with parts needed for order and an estimate will be sent to your email for approval once parts are sourced by our wide network of distributors. Price will be determined by the complexity of the job and will be provided broadly but fair. (Formal breakdowns not provided.)
c.) The technician has determined that your appliance is not repairable/ not worth a repair and will advise replacement. (We are strictly a repair company but we can refer you to sales companies when needed.)
d.) The technician has determined that there is no failure of your appliance(s). (We often see cases where clients are unaware of certain functionalities of their appliance and assume a failure. Not to worry, we're here to help!)
Step 4.) Follow up appointment for repair(s)/ secondary inspection(s) (if applicable).
Step 5.) Payment is due. (Email invoices via Square payable online!)
*$100 Inspection per appliance. Inspection cost will be applied towards repair cost if repairs are needed. Service Call due before appointment. All appointments are confirmed. Any cancellations will forfit the Inspection cost.
